About the guest

Jon Baker leads Airvoyant, a platform automating aviation parts procurement through AI agents. He spent much of his career as a software engineer and architect before moving into consulting, where his work covered experience design and digital transformation for Fortune 500 brands. Boeing became a client early on, which drew him into the aftermarket and, over time, into parts procurement, first on the seller side and later advising OEMs on procurement effectiveness. He reconnected with colleagues at Trax and AAR to build Airvoyant. Aviation has been part of his life since childhood: he is a pilot, and grew up building and flying model aircraft with his father, who flew sailplanes.
